TERMS OF SERVICE

The following policies have been put in place to help us better serve you, the customer.  These policies are binding.  Please be sure to read and understand the policies, as they may apply.  Should you have any questions concerning the following policie(s) feel free to reach out to our business manager, Ashley King at (717) 893-1213.

1. All service calls must be PREPAID.  The cost of services must be paid in full in order to secure your appointment.  If after your vehicle is diagnosed, King's Automotive Mobile Services is commissioned to perform the necessary repairs to the vehicle, the service call fee will be refunded by being deducted from the final bill.

2. Customers purchasing their own parts are 100% responsible for the cost of labor, regardless of result, as we cannot guarantee the functionality of parts that we did not provide.

3.Any orders/services requiring deposits must be PAID IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Parts will not be ordered until the deposit is paid.

4. Estimates are valid for 30 days.

5. PAYMENT FOR ALL TRANSPORT SERVICES IS DUE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!

6. The packing of item(s) to be transported IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER. While we ensure to deliver your items with care, we are not liable for packaging improper for transport.

7. Any transport services booked through a 3rd party vendor and/or website MUST be insured through site/vendor or independently.
